Cranberry Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 quart low calorie cranberry juice
  • 1 quart sugar-free ginger ale

Directions

  1. Mix together cranberry juice and ginger ale until thoroughly combined.
  2. Let punch chill in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours or serve immediately.

Cran-Raspberry Tea

Ingredients

  • 2 raspberry tea bags
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup low-calorie cranberry juice cocktail

Directions

  1. Pour boiling water over tea bags, steep for 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags, let cool.
  2. Stir in cranberry juice.
  3. Serve over ice.

Cinnamon Cafe Au Lait

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 1 packet artificial sweetener
  • 1 cup hot coffee (or as much as desired)

Directions

  1. Heat milk in a saucepan over low heat until very warm.
  2. Stir in hot coffee.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve immediately.

  • 2 cups frozen, unsweetened strawberries, whole
  • 1 cup plain fat-free greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup lite cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine frozen strawberries, yogurt, cranberry juice and splenda and blend until smooth.

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
