- 1/3 cup chilled, unsweetened apple juice
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/3 cup club soda
- 1 Champagne or Wine Glass
- Chill champagne or wine glass.
- Add Apple juice, lemon juice, and club soda to glass and Mix.
- Serve Immediately.
