Deliciously Fresh and Simple Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chilled skim milk or plain lowfat greek yogurt
  • 1 packet of artificial sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup blueberries Fresh or if you prefer a “frosty” drink add Frozen Blueberries

Directions

  1. Combine 1/2 cup milk or yogurt, 1 packet sweetener, 1/2 tsp vanilla and blueberries in blender. Blend until thick and creamy.

Food Exchanges: 1 1/2 Fruit, 1 Skim Milk
