A simple warm tomato side dish seasoned with basil, garlic, and black pepper, finished with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese for easy savory flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh or low-sodium canned tomatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Mix Tomatoes, basil, garlic powder and black pepper until well blended and heat in a pan until hot.
  2. Serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
