Marinated Vegetables
Ingredients
- 4 cups cauliflower, broken into florets
- 3 cups broccoli, broken into florets
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 8-ounce bottle fat-free Italian salad dressing
Directions
- Mix together coliflower, broccoli, green pepper, onions, mushrooms, carrots, celery, cucumbers and Italian salad dressing until will blended.
- Serve immediately.
