Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 2 cups fat-free milk
  • 1/2 cup SPLENDA® Granular
  • 1/2 cup dark raisins
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 minced clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 2 cups pre-cooked red beans
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  1. Cook onion, celery and garlic in margarine until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer together for 5 minutes to blend flavors.
