ADW Diabetes Rewards Certified Diabetes Educators

This is the final week to submit your entries for the Certified Diabetes Educator of the Year Award. ADW Diabetes understands the importance of diabetes education in the effort to self manage diabetes. Because of Diabetes Educator dedication and care for their patients, we want to give them rewards for their hard work.

They will be awarded a 3 day / 2 night stay at the Boca Raton Resort and Club. The final day to submit an entry is November 30, 2007. To find out what you need to do to nominate your favorite CDE follow the link provided here.
