Not only is American Diabetes Wholesale providing you low cost diabetes supplies, we are also offering you the opportunity to share your story with us! We will also be selecting some of your stories to share with others, and if we choose your’s, you will receive a special gift from ADW.
It is very easy to do. Follow the link provided to the submission page and tell us your story about diabetes. Whether you were diagnosed with Type 1, Type 2, Gestational, or you just know somebody who has diabetes, tell us your inspirational story.
