High Fiber Muffin
A simple and easy baked muffin recipe mixed in one bowl and baked until golden brown, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

Method
- Heat oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Use butter spray in a 12-muffin tin.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes or until brown.
