Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding
A simple baked bread pudding with cinnamon and a lightly sweet, custardy texture, served warm or at room temperature for an easy comfort dessert.

Method
- Preheat oven to 350 °F
- Combine milk, Equal®, melted butter, egg, egg whites, cinnamon and salt in large bowl. Then stir in bread crumbs.
- Spoon mixture into an ungreased 1 1/2 quart rectangular casserole dish.
- Bake in oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until pudding is set and sharp knife inserted near center comes out clean.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
