    This is considerd a major meal for 2

    3 eggs with 1/4 cup extra egg white
    2 ounces shredded extra sharp cheddar
    1/4 red bell pepper diced
    1/2 small onion diced
    1 small pouch salmon
    1/4 cup diced celery

    salt
    black pepper
    cooking spray
    mix all ingredients, but do not whip. Preheat non stick skillet and spray with butter spray. pour into skillet. Flip when its set. turn off heat and remove to plate.

    It sounds like a really great recipe! I haven't tried this one yet. I will try it for a day and we'll see! Thanks for sharing!
