    I had my blood sugar under control until I was in a car accident and become sedentary for a few months. I gained weight and read an article it would make a big difference to lose just 10 pounds and walk everyday. I shed 10 pounds, got out my walking sneakers and my blood sugar was back to normal at my last doctor's visit. I felt so good I joined the gym to step it up a notch!
