Blueberry Smoothie

½ cup chilled skim milk
1 packet of artificial sweetener
½ teaspoon vanilla
1 cup blueberries

1. Put first three ingredients into a blender. Add blueberries a few at a time and whirl after each addition until thick and creamy.
