Omnipod 5 Libre 2 Plus G6 Pods Box of 5

This box contains five Omnipod 5 Libre2Plus G6 Pods. These Pods are part of the Omnipod 5 System. This is the Libre 2 Plus version of the 5th generation Omnipod. For the system to operate, the person will need an Omnipod 5 Libre2Plus G6 PDM which is available in an Omnipod 5 Libre2Plus G6 Intro Kit (NDC 08508-3000-88); additionally either a Dexcom G6 CGM or Freestyle Libre 2 Plus CGM is required.

Omnipod 5 is the first tubeless automated insulin delivery system integrated with Dexcom G6 CGM or Freestyle Libre 2 Plus CGM to manage blood sugar with no multiple daily injections, zero finger sticks and fully controlled by a compatible personal smartphone. Omnipod 5 consists of the tubeless and waterproof Pod, the Omnipod 5 app (available on Omnipod 5 Libre2Plus G6 PDM), and either the Dexcom G6 CGM or Freestyle Libre 2 Plus CGM.

The Pod is enhanced with SmartAdjust technology to continuously adjust insulin to a customizable glucose target to improve glucose control and simplify life with diabetes. This system is only compatible with Omnipod 5 Generation components. The Omnipod 5 Libre2Plus G6 Pods are integrated with either the Dexcom G6 CGM or Freestyle Libre 2 Plus CGM continuous glucose monitoring system.
