Hollister New Image Flextend is a synthetic barrier, featuring a tape and floating flange for extended wear. The skin barrier offers maximum protection for irritating discharge by ensuring it does not come into contact with the skin.

The floating flange is designed to reduce pressure on tender areas of the abdomen after a post-operative procedure. It provides a wearer with maximum security, thanks to its patented locking system, which locks into place with a clicking sound confirming it is locked. It is commonly used for people who have undergone surgery for urostomies and ileostomies.
