Molnlycke Alldress Absorbent Film Composite Dressing (6" by 8", part number 265369) is a revolutionary post-operative dressing that combines a high Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate (MVTR) film with the cushioning and absorbency of a low-adherent pad. The hydrophilic polyurethane film has reactic properties that turn on in the presence of moisture, allowing any excess to transpire into the atmosphere. Pack of 3 boxes (10 dressings per box).
