The dressing has a soft gel adhesive that reduces trauma when it is reduced. The triple action technology manages leaking fluid, which prevents bacterial infections. You can also apply the dressing under compression bandage. It also has a breathable top layer and an outer film that prevent maceration and bacterial strikethrough.
