I like the product and have used it for 10 years. But your $9.00 shipping cost has me looking for another source.

I have continuously used the Smith-Nephew- skin-prep since 2008, when I had my prostate gland removed because of cancer. The number one job is to keep the skin on your body and this product helps. It enables me to wear the external catheter 18-24 hours without deterioration of skin. Without it, I think the time would be more like 24 hours and skin injury from the catheter glue would be a problem.

I actually bought these on accident as I usually buy IV prep wipes. I actually always call them skin prep wipes and didn't know there were actually two different products. I think this skin prep wipes works better to help me keep my infusion set sticking to my skin better than the IV prep wipes. I am glad I accidentally purchased them for that reason. I had been having issues with humidity and perspiration causing my site to come off a day early so this has been working better. It's a great product for helping prep skin for adhesion of skin tape and similar products such as infusion sets with my insulin pump.
