The insulin pen needles are great. The quality is just as good as the higher priced needles that I was ordering from my mail order pharmacy. This is a great savings. Thank you.

I had been using another brand for years which not was more expensive but longer in needle point. After someone told me about your company, I tried the pen needles. Not only are they shorter which means less pain but also the price is great. So thank you so much for a great product.
Great Product/Great Price

The product is just as good as the higher priced product. I am completely pleased.
Comparable to BDs at about 1/4 price

I'm a type 1 diabetic so I use a lot of needles. I've tried several brands of pen needles in an effort to find a product that I could live with and save money over the very good but exceedingly expensive BD needles. All of them had some major issues...until I tried these.
These Advocate pen needles are of very high quality and hold up well in a comparison to the BDs. Unlike many "off brands", the Advocate needles have identical packaging (except for color) to the BDs, where each needle is hermetically sealed in a "thimble" with a peel-off paper tab (not shown in the ADW photo) and a separate needle protection sleeve. I have used an entire box of 100 and did not encounter a single "dud"; no loose needles, no bent needles, no bad threads, no bad tips (blunt, hooked, etc.). Every one was sharp and I felt no difference in pain using these compared to the BDs.
The only minor thumbs down I can give them is that the thimble is sometimes not tight enough to extract the needle from the pen after use (usually when the pen is newer and the rubber seal is more virgin) and you have to resort to pulling the needle off of the pen directly. I still gave these 5 stars even with this minor issue because of the terrific price and the fact that they have all of the lengths available; including the 3/16" (5mm) that I prefer.
If you have been looking for a cheaper alternative to the BDs, try these Advocate needles; I think you will be very pleasantly surprised!
Also, kudos to ADW; my order shipped quickly and the price is excellent!

Shipped quick, work perfectly.
Nearly as good as the BD needles

I've gone through 2 boxes of these so far. I haven't had a single bad needle. In my opinion, the comfort/pain level is identical to the BD. The only minor negative compared to the BD is that it is slightly more difficult to screw the needle on the pen. It feels like this is because the pen side of the needle is cut off square instead of at a point, but I haven't actually pulled out a microscope to see. In any case, it is a very very minor functional difference between the BD and at 1/4-1/2 the price these are a clear winner.

I love these pen needles! They work perfectly with my Victoza pens, and they cost less than half of what I was paying before. In the past 10 years I’ve used BD, Relion (Wal-Mart brand), and Publix brand and these easily match or surpass the others in quality. I only wish I had tried them before now.
Way better than BD

Love the price and quality! I am REALLY picky when it comes to needles. Waiting on a new insulin pump and dreaded taking shots again. These needles are an awesome price and excellent quality. Will never buy BD again!
Why didn't I find these sooner

I've been using BD for several years and winced every time I bought them. Now I get the Advocates and I smile when I don't have to pay the big price for the same quality. Kudos Advocate! When will you start marketing theinsulin?

I'm the guy that wrote the glowing review way back in 2014 and somehow managed to post it with a single star (DOH!).
At any rate, I have used these needles exclusively since then and am still very happy with them (and still not a single dud).
Since I'm type one and it's pretty unlikely that I'll suddenly become a non-diabetic any time soon, I order these 10 boxes at a time and, with my most recent order, I noticed that Advocate has reworked these needles to resolve the only complaint I had before. They now use a much grippier plastic and a tighter fit between the needle shell and the thimble so you no longer have any issues trying to remove the needle from the pen after use. Kudos (again) to Advocate and another high recommendation for these fine pen needles.
