MPM Medical Supreme Ag Silver Calcium Alginate contains 1.5% silver by weight which provides anti-bacterial properties to the dressing and protects the dressing from a broad spectrum of bacterial contamination. Supreme Ag can be used for the management of wounds which are moderately or heavily exuding, superficial or deep wounds including: pressure sores, arterial ulcers, venous lower leg ulcers, diabetic ulcers, post-operative wounds, partial thickness wounds, acute and surgical wounds as well as lacerations and second degree burns.
