The syringes we started with when my cat was diagnosed with diabetics were for humans. Long needles. The needles in these syringes are much shorter, thinner, and they pass through the skin much easier. This has reduced our stress level. Hugely. Both for me and for my cat Buddy. I highly recommend these syringes.
