Insulin syringes

I am so thankful I called back and spoke with Maggie. I had recently ordered insulin syringes for my dog Lucy. Unfortunately I had to put her down before the syringes were delivered. I had called before and explained the situation, but was told I would have to pay for the return shipping. I called again and this time I was told that your office would send me a return label. I received the message and taped the label to the box that had never been opened. And took it to a FedEx store near me, and mailed it back and I was informed that the package had arrived at your location. I believe the person I spoke to is Maggie, she was so polite and so understanding. I hope I don't ever have another dog who gets diabetes, but If that would happen I would definitely be a customer ADW. I have recommended them to many of friends and family. Thank you so much.
