Vitale Collagen Powder Dressings are absorbent wound fillers made of type 1 microfibrillar collagen for the management of minimally to heavily exuding acute and chronic wounds and control of minor bleeding. Vitale Collagen Powder Dressing forms a gel on contact with exudate that provides a moist, physiologically favorable environment to support wound healing. Vitale Collagen Powder Dressing is applied directly to the wound to act as a wound filler and to absorb exudate and exudate components that may impair wound healing, and to work as a hemostatic agent to control minor bleeding.
