The update now includes multiple built-in chambers, which are specially designed to facilitate the even distribution of urine. The built-in convexity allows for added protection against retracted, recessed and flush stomas. Flextend skin barrier is the barrier of choice for urostomies and ileostomies. It protects the skin from erosion over extended periods of time. The non-reflux valves prevent the urine from flowing back.
