Optixcare Eye Lubricant was designed for use within a clinic as a routine protection provided to eyes during anestetic. This product is economical and effective for use as part of the multi-pronged approach to dealing with "dry-eye". Unlike mineral oil or petroleum based eye ointments, Optixcare is formulated with a sterile water base. Only one drop per eye is needed because of the water base and the gel viscosity. The frequency of application will depend on the veterinarian's direction and the pet owner's capability, but Opixcare is very safe and non-irritating.

Optixcare Plus

This is an excellent product, dispenses easily and my dogs politely hold still for their dosing. I have 3 boxers and their ophthalmologist says to do each dog 3x a day. Yup, I go through a LOT of this product and appreciate the fact that you have by far the best price.

Optixcare

My Pomeranian had both of her lenses removed but hit one eye and it ruptured. Her ophthalmologist was able to save the eye but she is blind from that eye now. They recommended she use Optixcare in her eye for life. Now she uses it in both eyes. It works great. Keeps her eyes lubricated and it has allowed her to keep her blind eye healthy. Glad I found it on ADW for a much cheaper price.

Works REALLY well! Was suggested by my Veterinary Ophthalmologist for my shih-tzus, to help with dry eye and corneal irritation/ulceration. I will continue to use this product for my beloved pets.
