My mother loves these underpants. She has tried Depend's Night Defense and peed right through. Even though she got the large size, the snug fit caused discomfort. She tried Always Discreet 360 Form Fit that was also too snug and she peed through them. The Tena Classic gives her a comfortable fit with loose sides and enough pad to absorb. Although for the night she adds a heavy panty liner. With both of them, she makes it through the night. Loves the Tena Classic!
