MediPlus Comfort Foam Border Ag Island Sacral Dressing 8 1/7"x 8 1/7" 3/bx is an island dressing on a polyurethane adhesive border to allow fixation without secondary dressing or fixative.

• Polyurethane foam provides a cushioning effect and high absorption capacity up to 20 g/g.
• The polyurethane film outermost layer is highly breathable, up to 5000 g/m2/24hr MVTR.
• It is also bacteria proof and waterproof.
• The perforated polyurethane film in MediPlus Comfort Foam prevents adherence of the foam pad to the wound bed, allowing for removal with reduced pain and trauma.
• It acts as a filter for thick exudates and slough which are more likely to block the foam surface and hinder its absorption capacity.
