SoloSite Wound Gel by Smith & Nephew creates a moist wound environment, preventing eschar formation and promoting fast, painless and problem free healing. Sloughy and necrotic tissue must be removed before healing can progress. Solosite Gel gently rehydrates these tissues to encourage healing. Each tube contains 3 oz. (85g) of gel. Ref # 449600

  • Absorbs excess exudate. This halts the build-up of cellular derbris therefore helping to prevent slough formation
  • Unlike gels formulated with water miscible polymers, SoloSite's water "swellable" polymer remains gel-like until saturated, so it stays in the wound longer and requires fewer dressing changes

Solosite Wound Gel is ideal for treatment of both shallow and deep wounds. Solosite hydrogel wound gel

My friend developed an incisional wound just like he did 5 years ago. Last time it took 3 months to heal using other products. This time I used Solosite and it has healed in only 1 1/2 months. This gel is amazing and I highly recommend it!

Dramatic wound improvement

I'm not a clinician, but perform wound care on homeless. A GP from the county hospital recently (8/2023) prescribed Solosite for a whole leg involved wound from 2014. There has been dramatic healing with a great deal of skin regrowth since we've been wrapping his wound 4 times weekly since July. We've been using Solosite on Cellulitis and other skin infections as well.

Great product

My husband has been using Solosite since 2015. It has been important for him to always have a tube available when he needs it. Finding it in ADW Diabetes has been a blessing since the price is more affordable & the shipping charges are reasonable.

Solosite Wound Ointment

Solosite wound ointment has be introduced to me by a visiting nurse from Valley Hispital in Ridgewood, NJ, following a surgery in my arm, which left a deep cut wound. The ointment worked significantly and became a permanent medical resident in my medical cabinet.

Wound dressing

I have been purchasing Solosite Wound Gel from ADW since June, 2017. This product was recommended by Hospital staff for the care of the patient I use it on. Does the job it is recommended for, and is cost efficient. I could not have found a better company to purchase from.

Excellant product

I have had sores on my leg for about 7 years and have tried many products been to many doctors and I found this and thought I would try it and the leg is almost healed up. I want to try the cream i saw online to put on after its healed. This is a wonderful product. It helps with the unbearable itching I had I have told people it itched clear to the done and it really felt like it did. It is a miracle product for me.
