The Covidien Telfa Plus Barrier Island Composite Border Dressing is a sterile and non-adherent dressing with a soft non-woven backing. The best thing about this dressing is that is super absorbent. It provides maximum performance once applied and the non-woven backing helps with that by conforming to the wound and sealing it from all four sides.

It comes in convenient sizes that are ideal for chronic and surgical wounds. It is easily applied and removed, and you don’t have to worry about wound trauma that usually happens due to stretching and itching.
