Have been using these needles for about a year and a half now - excellent product.

I have a diabetic cat. If you can imagine giving a cat a shot twice a day, you would conclude that needle comfort is essential. You would be right. To describe why these syringes are better than others, I need to tell you about other brands I've tried. I won't mention brand names, just the issues. One brand was fine as far as the syringe, but the needle was dull or not polished which created drag on insertion and my cat objected strongly. Another brand had OK (not great) needles, but the plunger was hard to control for the correct dosage and air bubbles would cling to the rubber stopper. This brand has none of these problems. The plunger is easy to control, no air bubbles on the stopper, and the needles have no drag. If you need a syringe, this is the one.

I am new to self injecting. Needles have always bothered me, so it was challenging to give myself a B-12 shot every other day. The size of this needle makes it much less scary than I thought it would be.

50 unit syringe dispenses insulin smoothly. The 29 gauge needle seems less invasive.
