All diabetic testing strips and lancets have at least 1 year expiration dates.

Why is my credit card being denied?

Due to high security checkout process we require that you provide us with the following information as stated on your monthly statement:

  • Cardholder's Name - Exactly the way it appears on the card (including the middle initial, if any)
  • Billing Address - Your billing address is displayed at the "Billing Information" page (this is where you fill the card information), on the upper right corner. This address has to be the same as your card billing address (the address where you receive your bank statements).
  • Card Security Code - also known as CVV or CVV2 - See the help page Card Security Code Help

Debit Card Users: Please note that if your card has been denied due to incorrect information provided to us (Billing address, CVV, Expiration date, etc.) your bank may still have a hold on the funds that we have tried to authorize. This may occur as many times as you try and get denied. The hold is usually removed by your bank within 24-72 hours.

How do I Save/Load shopping cart?

Please make sure that you are signed in, Save Cart and Load Cart options are not available unless you are signed in. If you are not yet signed in, please use the option "Sign In" on the top right corner of your screen. If you don't have an account with ADW Diabetes yet, please register.

To Save a Shopping Cart:

  1. Add all of the products that you would like to save, to you shopping cart (use "Add to Cart" or "Add to Shopping Cart" buttons for each product)
  2. Once you have all the products placed in your shopping cart with desired quantities, please locate and click on "Save Cart" link located on Shopping Cart page, below our security seals.
  3. Give this cart a name for future identification, and click on "Save" button. You may save as many shopping carts within your account, as many you like!

To Load a previously saved Shopping Cart:

  1. Once logged in, click on "Shopping Cart" link on the top of each page.
  2. Locate and click on "Select Cart" link located below security seals within shopping cart page.
  3. Select a previously saved shopping cart, the selected cart will be loaded. Please note that products that were added to your cart prior to loading will be lost, so make additions to a saved cart only after you have loaded it.

No, ADW Diabetes only sells products that are made for US markets.

Do I need physician's order to shop at ADW Diabetes?

For most of the products at ADW Diabetes such as glucose meters, diabetic test strips, glucose lancets and other OTC items you will not need physician's order.

However, there are some items including insulin pump supplies and syringes in some states that require a physician's order. Please read the product descriptions to find out whether or not you will be asked for an order of a physician before we ship. If you do purchase an item that require a physician's order please provide the following information to us so our team can contact your physician to get the required paperwork:

  1. Your name and date of birth
  2. Your physician name
  3. Physician phone number
  4. Physician fax number (if you have it)

Please reference your invoice number on your email. If we already have your physician's order on file, we will not need a new one unless it has expired. We ship orders for durable medical products that require a physician order to states in which we are licensed and to states that do not require out-of-state licensure. At this time, we are unable to ship durable medical equipment products that require a physician's order to customers in North Dakota.

In general, if the local stores of your ship to location require a physician's order on items that you are purchasing then we will ask for it as well.

Is there minimum purchase amount?

There is no minimum purchase amount at ADW Diabetes. You can buy as little as one box, or as many as you need - on most products we offer. Our quantity discounts give our customers flexibility, whether you are a diabetic patient or a small / medium business looking to provide your patients with low cost, high quality diabetic and OTC supplies. We provide EVERYONE with a savings on their supplies. We reserve the right to cancel an order, or portions of an order, if the quantity ordered is more that can be fulfilled at the time the order is placed.

What type of payments do you accept?

  • Credit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
  • PayPal: PayPal accounts are welcome.
  • Check/Money Order: If you do not have a credit card you can still place an order using "Check/Money Order" as payment method and send your invoice number (will be provided to you at the end of checkout process) to us via mail with a money order, cashiers check or personal check.

How can I get a copy of my invoice?

We email confirmation of all orders with a breakdown of items, price and tracking information. If you need a hard copy of any invoice, please sign in with your email address and password on the top right corner of our web site. This will show you your account history. Just click on the date of the invoice you want to print.

Alternatively, you may get your invoice by visiting your My Account page.

  1. Enter your order tracking number (please note, this is not the shipping tracking number, this is the order tracking number provided by us for every order). This number is usually 6 to 10 alphanumeric characters and is unique to each order.
  2. Click on "Go" and you will see your detailed invoice that is ready to be printed.

Are your payments secure?

Where do you ship?

ADW Diabetes ships to all 50 states as well as Puerto Rico. Products, shipping rates and fees may vary based on weight and delivery address.

What are your shipping rates and policies?

Limited Time Only: Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the Contiguous US.

Delivery confirmation number for your package will be sent to you via email as soon as we ship your order. To be sure that you are receiving our emails (order confirmation, shipping confirmation, etc.) please add to your "approved sender", "whitelist" and/or your "address book". Our shipping rates are based on order weight.

Orders under 1 pound are qualified for $3.95 or FREE shipping!

A diabetic meter kit is approximately 1lb. Glucose test strips and lancets are about 0.1lb.

Please keep in mind that orders that are over $89 will have an option for free shipping via Standard (2-6 Business Days) shipping service. To be eligible for the free standard shipping, your cart total must be over $89 after any discounts are applied. Free standard shipping only applies to addresses within the Contiguous US.

Most orders placed will ship on the same day if received by 3 PM EST. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be shipped on the following business day. If you are shipping to a PO Box, please select standard or priority shipping methods only. Special order products will be shipped within 3-5 business days. These products will have a message on the bottom of the product detail page. Products that require a physician order will be shipped once we receive the approval.

  • Orders over $89 and shipped within the Contiguous US will have an option for free shipping via Standard (2-6 Business Days) shipping service. To be eligible for the free standard shipping, your cart total must be over $89 after any discounts are applied.
  • Orders under 1 lbs and shipped within the Contiguous US are qualified for $3.95 shipping.

Saturday delivery is only available in some areas. Please call 877-241-9002 to get rates and availability before you place your order.

  • For all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or a military / APO address, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package. Shipments may also be subject to additional shipping charges.
  • All shipments weighing over 10lbs are also subject to additional shipping charges.

Incorrect addresses: Please check your order for the accuracy of your shipping address. Incorrect addresses may result in a $10 address correction fee. This fee will be added to your credit card.

At ADW Diabetes, our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you need to process a return with us, please adhere to the below return policy.

Returns can be initiated by either contacting us through email at with your name, phone number, order number, and reason for return, or by calling 877-241-9002, Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST.

Do not return any item to us until you get a return authorization number.

Please take note of the following ADW Diabetes return policies:

  • All products that are being returned must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date of your order.
  • The item must be un-opened and in the same condition as received. When returning a product back to us, please package the item(s) carefully so they will not be damaged in transit.
  • If you ordered the incorrect product, or simply no longer need the product you purchased, you are responsible for the return freight.
  • If we shipped you the wrong product, we will provide you a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse you for the shipping cost to return the item.
  • If the product you received is not functioning properly or was damaged in transit, please call and speak to a customer service representative.
  • We suggest that all returns are shipped to us with tracking as we are not responsible for packages until they are received at our facility.
  • Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt at our facility.
  • Your refund will be issued in the same manner in which the order was paid (Credit card, PayPal, or check).
  • All special order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All special order items are identified on the product detail page of the item.

We work hard to ensure 100% accuracy and delivery of each order we ship. If there are any issues with your order due to an error by the ADW Diabetes team, it must be reported to our customer service department within 5 days of receipt of your order. How should I dispose of expired, damaged, or unusable medication?

According to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) most medicines can be thrown in the household trash, but consumers should take certain precautions before tossing them out. A few medicines should be flushed down the toilet and a growing number of community-based "take-back" programs offer another safe disposal alternative. How can I duplicate my last order?
