    I am rather backwards, I admit. I was just introduced to mangos this year and I am in love with them. I found this recipe and have been having it every day for as long as the mangos I buy last. It's a simple recipe again, but in the summer, I am not cooking and not eating anything that is hot or warm. If it ain't cold, I ain't having it in the summertime.

    Mango Frappe

    1 medium whole ripe mango, peeled and pitted
    3/4 cup orange juice
    1/4 cup lime juice
    1-1/4 cups club soda
    2 ice cubes

    Puree the mango in a food processor or a blender. Add the orange and lime juices; process until smooth.

    Add the club soda and ice cubes; process just to blend and crush the ice. Serve at once.

    Each glassful has about 83 calories.
