½ cup buttermilk
¼ cup light mayonnaise
¼ cup plain low-fat yogurt
1½ teaspoons fresh parsley (½ teaspoon dried)
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon dried dill
⅛ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper


1. Whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Refrigerate until cold.
