Chilled Cherry Soup

Makes 8 servings.


3 cups fresh or frozen sweet cherries, pitted
½ cup cherry juice
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
½ cup fresh orange juice
½ cup light sour cream
½ cup fat-free yogurt
3 tablespoons SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
fresh cherries
orange strips


1. Process first 7 ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
2. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
