Chilled Cherry Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh or frozen sweet cherries, pitted
  • 1/2 cup cherry juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1/2 cup fat-free yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated

Directions

  1. Process 3 cups pitted cherries, 1/2 cup cherry juice, 1 teaspoon grated orange rind, 1/2 cup fresh orange juice, 1/2 cup light sour cream, 1/2 cup fat-free yogurt, and 3 tablespoons Splenda in a blender until smooth, stopping only to scrape down the sides.
  2. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
  3. Serve once chilled.
