Chicken Salad

Makes 4 servings.


4 cooked skinless chicken breasts
½ cup diced celery
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoon slivered almonds
¼ cup fat-free Ranch salad dressing

Chicken Salad


1. Dice chicken breasts into bite size pieces. Add celery, onion, almonds and ranch dressing. Mix and serve on a cold bed of lettuce.
