Simple Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked pinto beans
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional: 1 Bag of baby carrots or 1 Bag of celery sticks

Directions

  1. Cook pinto beans according to directions on product bag.
  2. Mash pinto beans in a large bowl.
  3. Mix onion, garlic powder, cumin, oregano and salt into mashed beans until well blended.
  4. Refrigerate and serve with carrots or celery sticks if desired.
