Foot Swelling question?

    Hi there,

    This is most common problem in diabetics and to my knowledge its because of diabetic neuropathy. It happens at foot, knees and joints. I want you to consult an endocrynologist in your area and take advice regarding swelling. It helps a lot. One more idea is to place ice cubes over the area and lift the legs to some height for blood circulation and it would be a relief.

      My father-in-law doesn't have diabetes, but he had some foot swelling issues. For a while he used a special kind of socks that seemed to help. I think they were elasticized.

      I don't know if they'd be of help to anyone here, but I thought I'd mention it.
